FARIBAULT COUNTY, Minn. - A Union Pacific train derailed near Kiester, Minnesota in Faribault County.
According to the railroad company, it happened at around 4:15 Sunday afternoon.
KIMT News 3 was told 14 train cars carrying wheat derailed.
No one was hurt and HAZMAT did not have to respond.
Union Pacific says the investigation into what caused the train to derail remains under investigation.
