To Place An Order:

Phone or Fax our Customer Service Department with your order. Price and delivery quotations can be given at the tiem the order is placed for stock items. Requests for special order items are also welcome!

Delivery:

Orders placed for stock items by 3:00 P.M. PST are usually shipped the same day. We can work with the carrier of your choice or can make recommendations for the most economical, expedient and efficient way of shipping your order to you. Premium delivery or courier service is available upon request.

Payment Terms:

We accept major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover) and can ship C.O.D. on request. We offer open accounts pending credit approval. Please refer to our on-line Credit Application form which can be faxed upon completion. If your order is for resale, we would be happy to fax or email a certificate for you to fill out.

Returns:

No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Authorized returns meeting product specifications and returned within 30 days of purchase are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Special order materials are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
