  • Make molds easily and quickly by mixing the base with the curative and pouring into the mold. Work Time, Hardness, Flexibility and rate of cure may be adjusted as needed
  • Non-Exotherm; RTV cures at room temperature with no heat generation. This means very low shrinkage and great dimensional stability. Because of no heat the master is not adversely affected
  • Heat and Chemical resistance; These materials take high temperatures and are chemically resistant.
  • Deep Section Curability The material cures uniformly throughout the mold.
  • Ease of Release:Silicones do not need wax or additives for easy release of your parts.
  • Inert: Silicones are inert and do nor react to other chemicals. This makes them safer to use; store and handle.
