- Make molds easily and quickly by mixing the base with the curative and
pouring into the mold. Work Time, Hardness, Flexibility and rate of cure
may be adjusted as needed
- Non-Exotherm; RTV cures at room temperature with no heat generation.
This means very low shrinkage and great dimensional stability. Because
of no heat the master is not adversely affected
- Heat and Chemical resistance; These materials take high temperatures and
are chemically resistant.
- Deep Section Curability The material cures uniformly throughout the
mold.
- Ease of Release:Silicones do not need wax or additives for easy release
of your parts.
- Inert: Silicones are inert and do nor react to other chemicals. This
makes them safer to use; store and handle.
